A perfect combination - form manager Fleetform joins Daily Report V3!

“Exploiting synergies”, is the principle of the new software generation Daily Report V3. HERBERG ENGINEERING has now integrated the approved form management tool Fleetform into the efficient fleet management tool Fleettracker Internet. Fleetform, officially approved for eNOA/D by the NVMC, in combination with Fleettacker provides a significant service plus to customers.

“Most of the data required for eNOA/D are already handled by the Daily Report software aboard”, explains managing director Jan Herberg the motive for the integration. In fact, the significant advantage over other solutions is that the user can automatically copy many required form data from the Daily Report software. Examples are the last five “foreign ports”, ETAs, ETDs and the crew list. This means considerable time and cost savings to the user on board for his day-to-day work. The software fills in most required data, the user adds only some few information manually.

Also, the updating is facilitated by the integrated form manager significantly: Every eNOA/D message is noted in the schedule as a remark and sent with the next update to the Fleettracker server. This allows users ashore to understand at any time if and when an eNOA/D message has been transmitted.

The Fleettracker service includes a practical reminder function. The software informs the user which forms for the arrival of the respective ports are required. Off course, HERBERG ENGINEERING provides a high degree of individuality - document templates can be made especially for the customer.

A look into the near future: HERBERG ENGINEERING will expand the Daily Report V3 software in addition to a free update: EPAN (electronic forms for pre-arrival notification Of security).
